• Langdon Activity Center - new weight training and cardio equipment, new flooring, AED (defibrillator), Check-In system computer, Card Access system and security cameras - $110,000
• Wellness Programs office - computers, desks, copier, BSDI software system, phones, DSL (internet) - $25,000
• Cavalier County Memorial Hospital and Physical Therapy department - Stress test treadmill, AED trainer, NuStep, skeleton models, therapy mat, laser - $41,000
• Dreamweaver (website development) training - for various Consortium and community members - $2,300
• Class materials and resources - distributed among various Consortium members- $9,300
• Cavalier County Library - books, videos, new lamps and shelving - $1,500
• Playground equipment - for the Park Board (located in city park) - $28,000
• Living Well newsletter - quarterly printing and mailing to over 600 households and businesses - $3,500
• Marketing and advertising - $3,000
• Travel - $4,000
• Pilates - Stott pilates reformers and certification training - $12,600
